Business, Employment and General Mediation
$125.00 per hour - Two hour minimum required for first session.
$900.00 Full day - 8 hours
Above fees apply for two party mediation. Additional fees charged for multi party meditation. Payment of fees must be decided at time of scheduling and due at beginning of each session.
Divorce and family mediation
$100.00 per hour - Two hour minimum required for first session.
Unless otherwise agreed or ordered by court, divorce and family mediation fees are equally split among the parties. Reduced rate available for court certified low income families. Fees are paid at beginning of each session.
Travel Expenses:
If travel is more than 50 miles one-way, an additional $200.00 per day of travel (round trip) is charged plus any overnight accommodations. Travel expenses are negotiable.
